1. Returns & Exchange
We fundamentally believe you will be thrilled with the products you purchase from Pharmacol Sal website. That’s because we go out of our way to ensure that they’re designed and built to be just what you need. However, we understand that sometimes a product may not be what you expected it to be. In that unlikely event, we invite you to review the following terms related to returning a product.
In order to be eligible for a return, you must return the product within one week (7 days) of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way. Additionally, the product must be returned in its original packaging.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@pharmacol.com.lb and send your item to Abboud Center 3rd Floor, Mtayleb Main Road, Metn, Lebanon.
2. Refunds
Once we receive your item, our team will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
3. Shipping Returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
